1. Who we are

DialCraft is an AI systems engineering firm providing workflow automation and system design services to businesses globally. For the purposes of this policy, DialCraft acts as the data controller for information collected through this website (dialcraft.ai) and related engagement processes.

2. What we collect

When you submit a strategy call request via Cal.com or contact us by email, we may collect: your name, email address, company name, and any business context you voluntarily share. We do not collect data passively through this website — no first-party cookies, no analytics tracking, no advertising scripts. Google Fonts is loaded via Google’s CDN and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Cal.com collects scheduling data per their own privacy policy.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to: respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, deliver contracted automation services, and send operational communications (e.g. call confirmations, project updates, delivery notices). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, third-party advertising, or profiling.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be processed by: Cal.com (call scheduling) and Google Workspace (email and project communication) — governed by their respective data processing terms. No data is transferred to unauthorized third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain engagement data for the duration of the project and up to 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@dialcraft.ai. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use first-party cookies, session storage, or tracking pixels. No analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are active on this site. Google Fonts may be served via Google infrastructure and is subject to Google’s caching practices.

7. Your rights
